This hotel won my heart at first sight! As a designer, I always choose with my eyes first—the interior must be inspiring. And here, everything is just perfect: ✔ Design – stylish and thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest detail. ✔ Atmosphere – cozy and harmonious in every corner. ✔ Scents – shampoos and creams with delightful fragrances. ✔ Music – perfectly curated, setting the right mood. ✔ Staff – impeccable service and top-level hospitality. ✔ Breakfasts – a special highlight! The jam tastes exactly like the one my mom makes. For a moment, I felt like I was back in Ukraine—warm memories, the taste of childhood. Simply incredible! 📌 A moment that truly touched me: I asked a woman to show me apartment #20, and not only did she give me a tour, but she also helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. I didn’t even know she worked there, and I certainly didn’t ask for help. But this is what a true, dedicated team looks like! 💙

Amazing experience! Everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above & beyond to ensure everything exceeded my expectations. Even though I came in earlier than the usual check-in time, they graciously accommodated me by providing my room right away. This was just the beginning of a wonderfully seamless stay. The location is unparalleled, placing everything you need right at your doorstep. Whether it's exploring the vibrant local old city scene or simply enjoying a stroll, you couldn't ask for a better spot. The service was simply outstanding. The staff members were always friendly, attentive & eager to assist with any request or inquiry. A special shout-out to Branko, whose warm hospitality & kindness truly made my stay remarkable. His dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable visit is evident in every interaction. The rooms were immaculate, meticulously cleaned & maintained to the highest standards. Great sleek & thoughtful design, which blended comfort & style effortlessly. The hotel is beautifully designed, embodying historical elegance & modernity. It's a true pleasure to experience such a well-thought-out environment that prioritises the guest's comfort & enjoyment. Fantastic Stay at Hotel Heritage! I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana. The staff was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a great breakfast to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay—I highly recommend it! Love Ljubljana! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We really liked Hotel Heritage. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The room and furnishings are good; the whole hotel is beautifully designed. Location is perfect, just by the river and very central to explore the city. There are lots of thoughtful touches at the hotel to make your stay comfortable. There are windows to open so you can have fresh air coming in. The glazing is good and once you shut the outer and inner window there is no street noise. The only noise we heard was an occasional chair being moved in the room above. The breakfast has a great selection. We liked that this is a small hotel too. Ljubljana itself is a beautiful small city, and wonderfully lit upon the evenings.
